All TKO products ship for free in United States (lower 48 contiguous states).

Most orders will ship via UPS but larger/heavier orders will ship via LTL Carrier (truck). All internet purchases that go via LTL will automatically include Residential Delivery and Lift Gate services.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and can take an additional 3-5 business days of transit to be delivered to the final destination.

Custom Order Items

Items that are custom order are required to pay 50% at time PO is placed to start production of the product. Once production has begun, the deposit is non refundable and production cannot be stopped. Remaining balance of order is due prior to ship out of the completed unit.

Returns

Items may be returned for a refund up to 30 days from the date of receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all orders returned for buyers remorse. Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, TKO requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the

Original packaging.

If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, TKO cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please call our customer service department at 866-856-3488 to receive a return authorization number (RMA). You must have an RMA prior to returning the product.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, TKO will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

To return your product, you should send your product to: 6387 Windfern Road, Houston Texas USA, 77040 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if it was not prepaid by you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that TKO will receive your returned item.

Official Product Warranties

TKO guarantees all Strength and Fitness products from the date of shipment to be free of material defects orworkmanship. TKO assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage by or through the use of productssold by TKO Strength & Performance. TKO will repair or replace any products under warranty that can be shown tohave broken, provided it is returned to TKO for inspection.

Warranties Are Void If Products Show Signs of Abuse

Warranties are void if: Dumbells/Barbells/Bars are used in areas where there is no floor protection. Dumbbells/Plates showing signs of being dropped, Dumbbells showing signs of rubber splitting caused by rubber dumbbells hittingsteel on racks, Olympic Bars showing signs of abuse from being dropped and Wall/Medicine Balls damage due to being“slammed” will not be covered under warranty. The foregoing limited warranties do not cover paint,coatings, and/or equipment altered without the express written consent of TKO, or damage caused to equipment bycarrier, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or improper maintenance. All TKO warranties are non-transferrable and areonly valid to the original owner. Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim(s).

TKO offers a onetime replacement of a product found to be defective within the warranty period.

• 829TR / 805TR / 807TR - Rubber: 5 year warranty against breakage to original owner.
• 830US / 809US / 810US / 179GB - Urethane: 5 year warranty against breakage to original owner.
• 816TXU Urethane: 5 year warranty
• 814TXR Rubber: 2 year warranty against breakage to original owner.
• K856PKB / 857KBV Dumbbells: 1 year warranty against breakage to original owner.

Plates:

• 803OR / 803TU / 803OU2 Olympic Plates: 5 year warranty: against breakage to original owner.(TKO grip plates are NOT to be dropped, slammed down, or used as bumper plates.)
• 802BP-10lb and 15lb – 6 months against breakage / 25lb, 35lb and 45lb – 2 years against breakage.
• 836CPS2/837CPS-Cardio Pump Plates: 1 year warranty against breakage to original owner.

OLYMPIC BARS

• Limited 5 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects or breakage. This warranty does not cover defects or bending due to misuse, or rust.

• Upholstery (stitching only), grips, rollers & roller cover: 6 months
• Shroud & plastic parts: 6 months
• Unlisted parts: 1 year
• Labor: Out of Box

FITNESS AND BOXING ACCESSORIES

All products carry a 1 year warranty against manufacture defect in workmanship and materials. All warranties are limited to replacement or repair at our factory. TKO will determine (after inspection) if a repair, replacement, or credit is due. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and maintenance abuse. Customers are responsible for sending goods back for inspection. Upon inspection, TKO will either repair or replace and send goods back to customer.
