What is your lead time?
Production lead time depends on a scope of an order. Small orders usually take 3-5 weeks whereas large orders may take up to 20 weeks. A small, but a fully equipped gym, will usually take 12-16 weeks.
How long will it take to deliver after an order has been completed?
Shipping depends on the type of the chosen freight (AIR 7-10 days), (SEA 30-45 days).

Most items are shipped from our HQ located in Poland.
What are the delivery terms?
We send our goods on the terms of delivery called DAP (Delivered at Place):
- Your order will be delivered directly to your address
- PENT is responsible for preparing and packaging with accurate precision whole order and load it on a truck (or Fedex)
- PENT is responsible for the delivery insurance and all costs related to it
- PENT is responsible for the custom clearance costs in Poland whereas
- Customer is obliged to pay duty and tax according to the regulations in his country
How is my order delivered?
Your order (depending on its scope) will be delivered:
- By Fedex - if the order is small
- By a specialized Freight Forwarder - if the order is large
- In both cases PENT. Is not responsible for utilizing the package the equipment is delivered in. Your package will be delivered to your doors by a Tail Lift Truck.
- Be aware that the courier is not obligated to bring the package upstairs, unpack, and/or help with moving the package inside your home. Make sure you have help if such a situation arises.
How long does it take to get my products?

Does the equipment require assembly?
Most of our products do not require assembly. If a product requires an assembly, you will be sent a manual (or you can download it here).
Can you provide tracking details for my order?
If your order is small and shipped via FedEx - the tracking number will be provided. If your order is large and requires shipment via a specialized Freight Forwarder - you wiill receive instructions on the shipment
Do you provide White Glove delivery?
At the moment, we do not provide White Glove delivery.
