Shipping & Handling

We strive to offer free shipping on all orders by covering the shipping costs ourselves. However, for smaller orders and some brands, we may not be able to cover the full cost. In such cases, we'll send you a shipping quote within 48 hours.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, we'll process your payment and get it ready to ship. Otherwise, we'll contact you with the shipping quote for your approval.

Order Confirmation

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that we have received your order and authorized payment. This initiates the processing of your order.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order acceptance and confirmation. If any delays occur, we will promptly notify you via phone or email.

Handling Time: Once confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment. Handling time varies depending on the size, weight, and shipping method. Specific handling times are listed on the product pages.

Shipping & Transit

Small or Lightweight Items: Shipped via standard carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, these items typically do not require a signature upon delivery and generally arrive quickly.

Heavy or Bulky Items: Large equipment or multi-item orders are delivered via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers to your curbside unless otherwise specified.

Leaving the Warehouse: In-stock items are picked, packed, and shipped in the order they are received. Processing times may vary during busy seasons or holidays.

Tracking Number: Once your shipment is picked up by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number and Bill of Lading number in a shipment confirmation email to monitor your order's progress.

Delivery Time: Transit times can vary, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days. Occasional delays may occur.

Delivery Appointment

Freight Shipping: For heavy or bulky items, the carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading. Missed appointments may incur redelivery fees.

Delivery: For facilities with a loading dock, the truck driver will unload the pallet(s) at the dock. For other locations, the items will be lowered via a lift gate to the curbside or nearest safe location.

What To Do When Your Item(s) Arrive

Curbside Delivery: The driver will leave your item on a pallet at your curbside.

Inspect Before Signing: Thoroughly inspect the boxes and pallets for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damaged, note "DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW" on the delivery sheet, take photos/videos, and email them to us at info@piquefitness.com.

Unpack and Check: Open the boxes and inspect the items for any missing or damaged parts within 2-3 business days. Report any issues promptly for effective support.

Extreme Damage: If your shipment is severely damaged, document the damage with photos/videos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at info@piquefitness.com.

Additional Services

Threshold Delivery: For an additional fee, we can arrange delivery to the nearest safe, dry place on your property.

Professional Assembly: We offer professional assembly services. Contact us for a quote before ordering or to schedule assembly for delivered items.

Storage Fees and Missed Deliveries

If you cannot receive the order upon arrival, you may incur storage or additional shipping fees. Notify us before ordering if you need to schedule delivery for a specific date.

Failure to respond to the carrier's contact attempts or to be present at the scheduled delivery time will result in additional fees.

Return & Refunds

Cancellations

Within 24 Hours: You can cancel any order within 24 hours of payment at no charge. To cancel, please respond to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@piquefitness.com with your name and order number.

After 24 Hours: Most orders can be canceled before they ship. However, if your order has been shipped or assigned tracking information, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy procedure.

Custom Made or Built-to-Order Items: These items can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

Product Quality Guarantee

Pique Fitness is committed to delivering high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged or is faulty after initial use, we will file a claim and replace it free of charge or provide a full refund. All items come with a manufacturer's warranty for labor, parts, or replacement if necessary.

30-Day General Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

  • Initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unassembled, and in brand-new condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened items, or items removed from their original packaging.
  • Items that have been assembled or installed.
  • Clearance, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
  • Items returned after 30 days of receipt.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.
  • Items returned without Return Approval.

Return Process

To start a return, email info@piquefitness.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Delivery
  • Reason for Return

If the item meets return criteria, we will provide a shipping quote, which you must pay. We will then send you a return label, and you are responsible for preparing the item for shipment. After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. If the returned item is incomplete or not in brand-new condition, Pique Fitness reserves the right to issue only partial credit based on the manufacturer's discretion.

Damages

Inspect on Arrival: Be present for delivery and inspect the package thoroughly. If there's damage or missing parcels, note it when signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) for freight deliveries or report it to the ground shipping carrier within seven days.

Documentation: Take photos and videos of any damage and send them to info@piquefitness.com. We will process an insurance claim with the manufacturer and ensure you receive the correct parts or a replacement.

Refused Deliveries

If a product is refused upon delivery for any reason other than extensive damages, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the customer. This includes shipping charges originally included in the purchase price. Refused shipments will be returned to the delivery company and may take several weeks to be received back at the warehouse. Returns cannot be processed until the product is received by the warehouse.

This Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc.(Body-Solid) under the Body-Solid brand name. The warranty period to the original purchaser is:

BODY-SOLID warrants the In-Home Warranty as follows:

LIFETIME: Frame & Welds
LIFETIME: Pulleys, Bushings, Bearings, Hardware, Plates, Guide Rods
LIFETIME: Cables, Upholstery, Grips (Normal Wear)

Body-Solid warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial use from Body-Solid or from an authorized Body-Solid reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase.

This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you.

It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish.

This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the Product.

IN-HOME WARRANTY

This Limited Express Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc. ("Body-Solid") under the BODY-SOLID brand name (hereinafter referred to as “Product”).

What Is Covered? During the warranty period, Body-Solid will, in its sole discretion, at no additional charge, provide the exclusive remedy of repair or replacement of the Product if it becomes materially defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this limited warranty under normal non-commercial, personal, family, or household use. In repairing the Product, Body-Solid may replace defective parts with new or, at Body-Solid's sole discretion, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this limited warranty will become the property of Body- Solid. Body-Solid reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty. For Products sold for commercial use, the Products are sold "AS IS" without any warranty.

How Long Coverage Lasts? Body-Solid warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from Body-Solid or from an authorized BODY-SOLID dealer will be free from any material defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period from the date of purchase. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, shall constitute proof of the date of purchase.

Important Additional Terms and Restrictions. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product. It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish. It does not cover labor charges. While necessary maintenance or repairs of the Product can be performed by any company, we recommend that you use only Body-Solid or an authorized BODY-SOLID dealer for best results. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair voids this warranty. Body- Solid neither assumes nor authorizes any third party to assume for it any other warranty.

This warranty is void under the following conditions: if the Product is not assembled/installed according to the instructions/directions included with the Product; if proof-of-purchase documentation or Product serial number is altered or forged; if the Product is used in a commercial, institutional or other public access environment; if the Product was not purchased from Body-Solid or from an authorized BODY-SOLID dealer. This warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective: (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Body-Solid; (c) by modification of the Product; (d) as a result of improper or incorrectly performed service or repair by anyone other than Body-Solid or an authorized BODY-SOLID dealer or an authorized BODY-SOLID warranty service provider; (e) as a result of failure to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in the owner's manual for the Product. Should any Product submitted for warranty service or replacement be found to be ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be made if requested by you upon Body-Solid's receipt of payment or acceptable arrangement of payment.

How to Redeem this Warranty. To redeem this warranty, you must contact Body-Solid at 1-800- 556-3113 or service@bodysolid.com. Body-Solid may elect to send a new part to remedy the defect. However in some cases, Body-Solid may need to directly repair or entirely replace the equipment in which case you will be given a Return Authorization Number by Body-Solid customer service. You then must return the Product, together with the Return Authorization Number and the sales receipt, in its original container (or equivalent) to the following address: Body-Solid, Inc., Attn: BODY-SOLID Warranty Dept., 1900 S. Des Plaines Ave., Forest Park, IL 60130. You must pre-pay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties and taxes, insurance, and any other charges associated with transportation of the Product. Body-Solid will not accept any Product returned on a freight collect basis or outside of Body-Solid's normal business hours. You are responsible for insuring any Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment or return.

How State Law Applies. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO BODY-SOLID BRANDED PRODUCTS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BODY-SOLID DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BEYOND THE ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.

BODY-SOLID'S AND ITS AFFILIATES' ENTIRE LIABILITY IN THE AGGREGATE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

COMMERCIAL RATED WARRANTY

This Limited Express Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc. ("Body-Solid") under the BODY-SOLID brand name (hereinafter referred to as “Product”).

LIGHT COMMERCIAL USE: Body-Solid Light Commercial Warranty applies to facilities that DO NOT charge monthly membership dues and where the equipment would not be used by more than 50 people a day. Light Commercial facilities include: hotels, apartments, condominiums, personal training studios, police and fire stations, and all other Light Commercial facilities that meet the limitations listed above.

What Is Covered? During the warranty period, Body-Solid will, at its sole discretion, at no additional charge, provide the exclusive remedy of repair or replacement of the Product if it becomes materially defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this limited warranty under normal light commercial, personal, family, or household use. In repairing the Product, Body-Solid may replace defective parts with new or, at Body-Solid's sole discretion, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this limited warranty will become the property of Body-Solid. Body-Solid reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty.
