In the unlikely event you would like to return your Power Plate® or TVP, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. 30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. Power Plate does not accept used accessory returns at any time. Only unopened, unused boxes of accessories will be accepted under the current return policy agreement.
With the return of any product, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If there were no shipping charges on the initial delivery, only the return shipping will be charged. Shipping charges will vary depending on the product(s) being returned. Please reach out to info@piquefitness.com for details.
There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all opened products and 5 percent restocking fee on all unopened products.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment within 30 days of our receipt of the returned machines. The reshipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

After product is returned to our warehouse in new condition, refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment within 30 days of our receipt of the returned machine(s).
Any My Series and Pro Series Power Plates (My5, My7, Pro5, Pro7, Pro7HC and Pro7HP) must be delivered, installed, and picked-up by Power Plate authorized partners if returned.
Products must be in new condition and include all accessories. Any damage to Power Plate® equipment during customer ownership will be deducted from the refund.
