Logo & Custom Color

Laser engraved & Custom Color Have a 16-20 week lead time. Screen Printed & Custom Bars have a 10-12 week lead time.

Must be detailed in description of logo and what colors are. We will send renderings and evaluated color matches. Only Ceracote has limited colors. Bars only. Dumbbells have 3000 pantones for exact matching ability.

Shipping & Handling

We strive to offer free shipping on all orders by covering the shipping costs ourselves. However, for smaller orders and some brands, we may not be able to cover the full cost. In such cases, we'll send you a shipping quote within 48 hours.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, we'll process your payment and get it ready to ship. Otherwise, we'll contact you with the shipping quote for your approval.

Order Confirmation

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that we have received your order and authorized payment. This initiates the processing of your order.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order acceptance and confirmation. If any delays occur, we will promptly notify you via phone or email.

Handling Time: Once confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment. Handling time varies depending on the size, weight, and shipping method. Specific handling times are listed on the product pages.

Shipping & Transit

Small or Lightweight Items: Shipped via standard carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, these items typically do not require a signature upon delivery and generally arrive quickly.

Heavy or Bulky Items: Large equipment or multi-item orders are delivered via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers to your curbside unless otherwise specified.

Leaving the Warehouse: In-stock items are picked, packed, and shipped in the order they are received. Processing times may vary during busy seasons or holidays.

Tracking Number: Once your shipment is picked up by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number and Bill of Lading number in a shipment confirmation email to monitor your order's progress.

Delivery Time: Transit times can vary, typically ranging from 2 to 7 business days. Occasional delays may occur.

Delivery Appointment

Freight Shipping: For heavy or bulky items, the carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading. Missed appointments may incur redelivery fees.

Delivery: For facilities with a loading dock, the truck driver will unload the pallet(s) at the dock. For other locations, the items will be lowered via a lift gate to the curbside or nearest safe location.

What To Do When Your Item(s) Arrive

Curbside Delivery: The driver will leave your item on a pallet at your curbside.

Inspect Before Signing: Thoroughly inspect the boxes and pallets for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damaged, note "DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW" on the delivery sheet, take photos/videos, and email them to us at info@piquefitness.com.

Unpack and Check: Open the boxes and inspect the items for any missing or damaged parts within 2-3 business days. Report any issues promptly for effective support.

Extreme Damage: If your shipment is severely damaged, document the damage with photos/videos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at info@piquefitness.com.

Additional Services

Threshold Delivery: For an additional fee, we can arrange delivery to the nearest safe, dry place on your property.

Professional Assembly: We offer professional assembly services. Contact us for a quote before ordering or to schedule assembly for delivered items.

Storage Fees and Missed Deliveries

If you cannot receive the order upon arrival, you may incur storage or additional shipping fees. Notify us before ordering if you need to schedule delivery for a specific date.

Failure to respond to the carrier's contact attempts or to be present at the scheduled delivery time will result in additional fees.

Return & Refunds

Cancellations

Within 24 Hours: You can cancel any order within 24 hours of payment at no charge. To cancel, please respond to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@piquefitness.com with your name and order number.

After 24 Hours: Most orders can be canceled before they ship. However, if your order has been shipped or assigned tracking information, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy procedure.

Custom Made or Built-to-Order Items: These items can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

Product Quality Guarantee

Pique Fitness is committed to delivering high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged or is faulty after initial use, we will file a claim and replace it free of charge or provide a full refund. All items come with a manufacturer's warranty for labor, parts, or replacement if necessary.

30-Day General Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

  • Initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unassembled, and in brand-new condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened items, or items removed from their original packaging.
  • Items that have been assembled or installed.
  • Clearance, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
  • Items returned after 30 days of receipt.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.
  • Items returned without Return Approval.

Return Process

To start a return, email info@piquefitness.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Delivery
  • Reason for Return

If the item meets return criteria, we will provide a shipping quote, which you must pay. We will then send you a return label, and you are responsible for preparing the item for shipment. After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. If the returned item is incomplete or not in brand-new condition, Pique Fitness reserves the right to issue only partial credit based on the manufacturer's discretion.

Damages

Inspect on Arrival: Be present for delivery and inspect the package thoroughly. If there's damage or missing parcels, note it when signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) for freight deliveries or report it to the ground shipping carrier within seven days.

Documentation: Take photos and videos of any damage and send them to info@piquefitness.com. We will process an insurance claim with the manufacturer and ensure you receive the correct parts or a replacement.

Refused Deliveries

If a product is refused upon delivery for any reason other than extensive damages, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the customer. This includes shipping charges originally included in the purchase price. Refused shipments will be returned to the delivery company and may take several weeks to be received back at the warehouse. Returns cannot be processed until the product is received by the warehouse.

Warranty

TROY® WARRANTY

TROY guarantees all products from the date of shipment to be free of materials defects. The warranty extends to the original consignee or end-user only. The warranty only covers failures due to material defects or workmanship that occurs during regular use. It does not cover product failures due to misuse, negligence, misapplication, modification, or normal wear and tear. The warranty detail is as follows.

VTX® WARRANTY

VTX products come with a full 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage through improper use by the end-user in light commercial setting. This 1-year warranty does cover in a light commercial setting. Rubber products may carry a slight odor. This odor should be considered normal and will not be covered under warranty.

USA SPORTS WARRANTY

All USA Sports Inc. products come with a 90-day warranty against breakage through proper use to the original owner and do not cover normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover products placed in a commercial setting. USA Sports Inc. guarantees all products on shipment date to be free of material defects or workmanship faults. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESSED WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN, ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANITIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

Warranty Details

American Bars 

Limited 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage. This warranty does not cover rust, bending due to misuse, or any defect caused from use outside the functional capacity of the bar in question. 

Cast-iron Plates 

Limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 1 year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover paint chipping or rusting. 

Rubber encased plates 

Limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 1-year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover rubber loss due to chipping, fading, or cracking. 

Urethane encased plates 

Limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects. 

Cast & Rubber Pro-Style dumbbells and barbells 

Limited 10-year warranty against breakage and 1-year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover bent handles, paint chipping, rusting or improper use including dropping or slamming the product. 

Urethane and Rubber encased solid dumbbells 

Limited 5-year warranty against breakage and manufacture defects. This warranty does not cover the loss of rubber due to chipping, fading, cracking or improper use including dropping or slamming the product.. 

Commercial series racks 

Limited Lifetime warranty against breakage and 1-year warranty against manufacture defects. 

All other Troy products 

All other Troy products will carry a 1-year warranty against breakage and manufacture defects. 

ISSUES NOT COVERED

  • Damage from product misuse or negligence

  • Normal wear and tear of the product

  • Damage from products being used on inappropriate flooring

  • Cosmetic damage to products - including but not limited to, chipping of the paint finish and issues with stickers, badges, and endcaps

  • Any damage resulting from throwing or dropping products that are not designed for this purpose including Dumbbells, Barbells, and Kettlebells.

  • Damage from slamming products that are not designed for this purpose including but not limited to, Wall Balls

  • Loosening of products that have moving parts such as Pro-Style dumbbells

  • Any issues with flooring resulting from exposure to direct sunlight, heat sources, or excessive water

  • Damage from products being stored on racks not sourced from Troy Barbell & Fitness

  • Damage resulting in using unsuitable cleaning products

  • Damage resulting from unsuitable conditions, including but not limited to: high humidity, outdoor spaces, and/or poor ventilation
